She set us up with her home search web site and set up a few peramiters and helped us decide on neighborhoods. She continued to touch base with me during the longer than expected wait time, until our current house sold. She also sent links to sites that highlighted Memphis happenings and general area information. When my house sold, the turn around time to start our home search here was fast and Amy went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules. She was knowledge,helpful and engaging during the entire process. We looked at a lot of homes in our 3 days of searching and she patiently adjusted her schedule to fit in new listings or return to a few we had questions about. Once we decided on a home she quickly and efficiently handled setting up all the home inspections and got us in touch with a closing company. In less than 3 weeks we were in our new home. I feel she was beyond our expectations of what a realtor should be. It seemed that we had known here for years and she was on our side to make sure, what was a stressful few weeks, went as smoothly as possible. We give her an A+ and would highly recommend her to anyone for their realtor needs.

Amy did a fabulous job helping me find a condo downtown with a river view. She was always available for showings and questions, and really took care of everything as far as sealing the deal. She has a good eye for problems with the properties, but also knows people who can take care of them. She quickly narrowed down the places we needed to look at after seeing a few with me and having me review/eliminate some on the emails she sent. One of the best things is that she is not there to just sell and forget you. She knows what aspects of homes need repairs or are in great shape. If you need repairs, she has a list of people there to make them. If you're looking to sell Amy will do what it takes to complete a mutually beneficial transaction between you and the buyer. She often asked me what I didn't like about certain houses, so she could discuss with sellers what improvements they could make. Amy also fought and fought to get my closing date to happen on time when a grant I was getting took forever to go through the system. And she's fun to explore houses with!! I couldn't be happier with my place! It's exactly what I wanted! I'm so happy I found Amy!!! Did I mention she was very flexible with my schedule? I basically work 3 jobs and had few windows of time to look. She made it happen though!! I'm gonna go do some house stuff now because I can.

I found Ms. Woods to be extremely helpful in the selling of my property. She was able to make recommendations to increase the homes marketability. She also provided recommendations of contractors who were capable of doing the work at a reasonable price, and then oversaw the work to its completion while keeping me informed of it's progress. In that I lived two and a half hours away from the property hers services were indispensable. I don't believe I could have found or asked for anyone better.
